Longer energy healing service aimed to restore and rebalance for moderate needs. Session is offered via video chat (facetime, zoom, etc.). Client is highly encouraged to find a place to sit or lie down comfortably to relax and connect deeply with oneself.
Bringing a blanket, water, a journal, and any other items of comfort is highly encouraged as well. Some clients may fall asleep during these sessions- please let practitioner know if you would like to be awaken as rest after energy work is also highly encouraged.
